And yet again Charles proved himself a pioneer by foreseeing this change as an opportunity instead of hindrance.Now known as TCX Utility Services (a subsidiary of TechCONEX), the legacy continues; with more than 300 employees working under its wing providing innovative solutions to complex problems related to engineering design consulting , program management , geographic information system(GIS) analysis ,telecommunications contracting serving bi-lateral clients including some biggest names such Nestle’, AT&T Services INC., Sprint Enterprise Operations LLC .and IBM Corporation .
