How to Check PM Kisan Status Using Aadhar Card and Mobile Number

Services

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme is a government initiative aimed at providing financial support to farmers in India. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive an annual income support of Rs. 6,000, distributed in three equal installments. To ensure transparency and ease of access, the government has facilitated a way for farmers to check their PM-KISAN status online using their Aadhaar card and mobile number.

To check the PM-KISAN status, farmers should first visit the official PM-KISAN portal at pmkisan.gov.in. This portal is designed to be user-friendly and provides various services, including checking the status of payments, registering grievances, and updating beneficiary details.

Once on the homepage, look for the ‘Farmers Corner’ section, usually prominently displayed. In this section, click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ option. This will redirect you to a new page where you can check the status of your payments.

On the ‘Beneficiary Status’ page, you will be prompted to enter specific details. Here, you have two options to retrieve your status: by using your Aadhaar number or by using your mobile number.

If you choose to use your Aadhaar number, enter the 12-digit Aadhaar number in the provided field. Make sure the number is correct to avoid any errors. Once entered, click on the ‘Get Data’ button. The system will then retrieve and display the status of your PM-KISAN payments, including details of installments received and any pending payments.

Alternatively, you can check your status using your registered mobile number. Enter your mobile number in the designated field and click on the ‘Get Data’ button. The portal will then display your payment status linked to that mobile number. This method is particularly useful if you do not have your PM Kisan Status Check Aadhar Card Mobile Number handy but have access to the mobile number registered with the PM-KISAN scheme.

The information displayed will include your personal details, bank account information, and the status of the payments. If there are any discrepancies or issues, such as pending payments or incorrect details, the portal provides options to raise grievances or update information directly.

In case of any difficulties or if the information is not available online, farmers can also contact the PM-KISAN helpline at 155261 or approach their local Common Service Centers (CSCs) for assistance.

By using these online tools, farmers can easily monitor the status of their PM-KISAN payments, ensuring they receive the support they are entitled to under the scheme. This digital approach not only simplifies the process but also enhances the transparency and efficiency of the PM-KISAN scheme, benefiting millions of farmers across India.
